You don't need a finished specification to start.

Nova Lab's job is the translation: turning that starting point into a structure, and the structure into software people actually use. We will tell you plainly what is straightforward, what is difficult, and what is not worth building at all.

    Scope, data model, and the technical decisions that are expensive to reverse later.

    Rapidly turn the concept into a working product.

    Modern tooling means the first working version arrives early enough to react to.

    Deploy, test and refine.

    Get it in front of real use, then fix what real use exposes.

Nova Lab is a small studio. That is a deliberate part of the offer: you talk to the person building the thing.

The Lab

Some of our ideas start as experiments.

The Lab is where Nova Lab builds its own products and tests ideas that no client has asked for yet. It is also why the work above is labelled honestly: an experiment is worth showing, but it is not a delivered engagement.
